Dr Utchay Okorji is a seasoned professional with over two decades experience in real estate consulting. He is licensed by the Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVARBON) and is a Fellow of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV). He holds a PhD in Estate Management from the University of Lagos, an M.Sc. in Real Estate from the University of Reading, United Kingdom, and a B.Tech in Estate Management from the Rivers State University.
He runs the successful Estate surveyors and Valuers firm UOA with corporate offices in Port Harcourt, Abuja, and Lagos, as well as project based offices across ten (10) States of the Federation.
He is a member of the Society for Corporate Governance and has served on the boards of several companies in the construction, security and health care sectors. He has also served on several committees and regulatory bodies at both state and national levels in Nigeria.
