Mr Dennis Olisa holds dual Master’s degrees in Business Administration MBA and in Law (LLM) from De Monfort University and a third Master’s degree in digital transformation from the University of Hull. He has also attended Executive professional training programs at Insead Business school, Columbia University, London School of economics, Chicago Booth school of business and Havard Business School.
He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria ICAN, a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers CIBN, a member of the Chartered Institute of Administration and an associate member of the Chartered Institute of taxation of Nigeria CITN.
He is a former Executive Director in Zenith Bank PLC and also served on the boards of Zenith bank Ghana, Zenith Nominees Ltd and the Nigeria Interbank Settlement Systems PLC. Whilst at Zenith Bank, he served as Head of the Energy, Oil and Gas group, Head of Internal Control and Audit Group and the Chief inspector of the bank in his previous positions.
